SOCAPiE Business School
The SOCAPiE Business School brings together the courses and programmes of selected Partner Members. It allows SOCAPiE to offer customer service courses and programmes that have been developed by expert specialists.
Each course or programme has been approved by SOCAPiE following a rigorous assessment of the content. The intention is to provide a range of training opportunities from entry level to more advanced.
If the course or programme content is judged to be of an appropriate level, completion of that course will mean that the graduate is eligible for SOCAPiE qualified membership and use of the designatory letters MSoCAP for as long as they remain members.
The approved programmes within the SOCAPiE Business School are:
The SOCAPiE Award for Customer Service Managers - an online qualification for Team Leaders and Managers who have significant responsibility for customer service
The SOCAPiE Award for Customer Service Professionals - an online qualification for all those who deal with customers including internal customers
